  • Assists Graduate Educational Manager – MSc / PhD with processing and maintaining all aspects of current and former student records
  • Coordinates all aspects of the Graduate Admissions process for MSc and PhD applicants
  • Responds to program-related inquiries from current, former and prospective students, members of the public, faculty and staff
  • Maintains databases and listservs of current SPPH students
  • Looks after scheduling of all SPPH courses

Winona received her BA in English from the University of Regina and her MFA in Creative Writing from UBC. More recently, she received her diploma in Writing for Screen and TV from Vancouver Film School. Her second career involves creative writing – she’s the author of five novels: Skywatcher, which was a finalist in the Seal Books First Novel Competition; its sequel, The Cilla Rose Affair; Cold Play, which takes place aboard a cruise ship in Alaska; Persistence of Memory, the first in The Memory Books series featuring accidental time-traveller Charlie Duran and her companion, Shaun Deeley; and In Loving Memory, the second in The Memory Books series. All five novels are published by Diversion Books in New York.
