Dr. Erica Frank wins Velji Faculty Award for Global Health Excellence

Dr. Erica Frank has won the Consortium of Universities for Global Health (CUGH)’s 2015 Velji Faculty Award for Global Health Excellence. Dr. Frank receives this award for her “demonstration of committed, creative approaches to serving underserved populations.”

The Velji Family Foundation annually celebrates global health education, research and service by honoring individuals and projects that demonstrate committed, creative approaches to serving underserved populations. The Velji Global Health Education Award (faculty) honors a faculty member who worked collaboratively in a low-income setting to establish a sustainable training program that is improving local educational opportunities.

Dr. Frank will receive her award during the 2015 CUGH Conference in Boston in March.
